Class Cancellation
If you need to cancel participation in a workshop, class, camp or private event, you need to cancel 24 hours before time of class. No refunds are given - only rescheduling a class for another time. Cancellations within 24 hours of class time are non-transferable.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 7 Days following completion of firing using USPS. You will receive your completed projects within 2 weeks from the day you create them. All shipments are sent Priority Mail with tracking available.
